
Arcturus is the principal navigation star in the Pacific. The Hawaiians refer to it as Hoku lea, the star of gladness, as it signaled the helmsmen to the Hawaiian archipelago. This is a course in designing the direction of our civilization toward the states of grace.Imagine having a knowledge-base that systematically assembles both the ancient and modern tools of culture-craft. The principal author has himself been an active social experiment most of his life.
