Les Arnold is the only "Singing CEO" in the Pacific ... a combination of Frank Sinatra and Tom Peters. He has been called a "balladeer of business blindspots and a corporate commentator and comedian." After 20 years as owner and CEO of an aerospace manufacturing company, Les is a leadership coach, consultant and "team-weaver" who blends a unique organizational heartbeat with a vision of excellence and achievement. He is the originator of "Show Business," the Teaching Theatre method of team development. Les founded the LEADERS' Circle in the state of Hawaii, a powerful peer-consulting process for leaders. He lead a defense industry group of executives to the Soviet Union in 1988 before the fall of the Berlin Wall.
